When you uninstall it, make sure you delete the old directory completely. Do you have any ideas on what I should use for a screenshot? Your OS is not in the list of supported ones. Upgrade windows 7 to 8. Thank you Also, ox05 happens when memory is handled out of order. This could be faulty ram, malware, faulty cpu cache or corrupted OS.
